1 General Provisions & Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") establish a legal agreement between bije ("Platform", "we", "us") and every person who uses this platform ("User", "you", "your").

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of bije, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please stop using this platform.

Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply alongside these Terms and form an integral part of this agreement.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Restriction

To open an account and use bije's services, you must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request identity documents for age verification at any time.

2.2 Registration Requirements

When creating an account, you must confirm the following:

• All information provided is completely true, accurate, and up to date.
• You are the sole account holder and the account is for your personal use only.
• You have not previously been banned from bije and none of your prior accounts have been closed.
• Your payment method is registered in your own name.

2.3 Single Account

Each user may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, they will be considered "duplicate accounts" and all accounts may be closed.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your bije account username and password completely confidential. Sharing or transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bije may request a national ID card, passport, or other verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until this process is complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

bije reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity.
• Providing false information.
• Account inactivity over an extended period.
• A self-exclusion request.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bije currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits or withdrawals through any method other than these are not accepted.

Please note that Rocket is the mobile financial service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The withdrawal amount must be equal to or greater than the minimum limit and cannot exceed the available account balance.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

4.5 Deposit Security

The payment method used on your account must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and the funds will be returned to the sender.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bije offers new users a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳4,167 or more qualifies for the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each promotion only once.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit for earning the bonus.
• If multiple bonuses are held in an account at the same time, only one will be active.
• If bonus conditions are not met, the bonus and any winnings earned through it may be cancelled.
• bije reserves the right to change bonus terms at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

bije's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). The benefits and cashback rates for each tier will be detailed on the platform. The criteria for moving to a higher tier depend on your overall gaming activity.

6 Game Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

bije believes in fair play. All games are powered by verifiable random number generators (RNG), which ensure unbiased outcomes.

6.2 Betting Limits

Specific minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game or bet, and these will be stated on the relevant game page. Additional restrictions may apply when playing with bonus funds.

6.3 Technical Errors

Any transaction or bet outcome resulting from a technical error in the server or software will be considered void. In such cases, the original bet amount will be refunded.

6.4 Disconnection

bije is not responsible for any internet disconnection that occurs during gameplay. Ensuring a stable internet connection for online gaming is entirely the user's responsibility.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bije platform:

• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to exploit the bonus system or through fraudulent means.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources (money laundering).
• Playing using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting system bugs or technical vulnerabilities.
• Harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party payment method.
• Attempting to manipulate any game or bet.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bije platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, audio, and video — is protected by intellectual property rights. Users may use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

Republishing, distributing, modifying, or using any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from bije is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken against any unauthorised use.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

bije makes reasonable efforts to ensure the continuity of the platform. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

9.2 Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bije is not liable for:

• Losses caused by your internet connection being disrupted.
• Losses caused by the actions of third parties.
• Delays resulting from unexpected technical errors.
• Personal financial losses incurred as a result of gambling.

9.3 Indemnification

You agree that you will be liable to compensate bije for any losses it incurs as a result of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

10 Responsible Gaming

bije is firmly committed to responsible gambling. We believe gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be used as a solution to financial problems.

12 Changes to Terms & Termination

12.1 Changes to Terms

bije reserves the right to change, expand, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be duly notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after such changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

12.2 Termination of Agreement

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, please ensure there are no active bonuses or pending wagering requirements. bije may also terminate the agreement at any time at its own discretion.

12.3 Legal Action

Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Both parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute through discussion.
